Hi! That is a great goal to have and totally something you can do! I lost 40 pounds myself and while it wasn’t easy, it was so worth it :)

First, you need to have the right nutrition plan. You cannot out work a bad diet, so don’t try to! Eating healthy, clean and smart is the best change for your life possible. As for working out. Find a routine that you truly enjoy. For me, I loved yoga sculpt, Pilates and running. Try to switch up the type of workouts you are doing each day so your body is always guessing.

Instead of counting the hours until your “cheat meal” or skipping a workout because “it’s the weekend.” try going the extra mile! In order to see results you need to push yourself past your comfort zones and challenge yourself. Maybe DON’T have a cheat meal this week and try working out in some way everyday! Believe me…you’ll come out on top! 💕💦💪Katie
