any suggestions for low carb diets? I also am not trying to lose weight but more like looking to tone any suggestions?
Absolutely! First, you don’t want to really limit carbs too much. Our bodies need them. Instead you want to make sure your eating the right ones (whole grains, oats, quinoa, vegetable carbs etc.) as far as toning goes it’s all about building muscle. Start incorporating weight lifting or using weights in your workouts. I promise you will not “bulk up.” You have to grow the muscles to lose the excess fat and eventually tone. Hope that helps!:)
