Hi! I'm not a vegan/organic eater or anything, but I still want to have a clean diet! Could you recommend any healthy snacks? I never know what to eat when I'm hungry! Also have you heard of Kayla Itsines? She has a 12 week workout guide that I really want! It's $70 and the reviews and results of other users are amazing! But I'm not sure if I should trust everything I read online? Help! Xx
Hi! There are plenty of great healthy snacks out there such as fruits, nutts, hummus, celery with peanut butter, etc! I have heard of Kayla yes, but have not seen her plan….so hard to say if it’s right for you or not.

Hi, i plan to do insanity for 2 months and hope to lose 30 lbs. I will continue eating 1,200 calories as well. Do you think this is possible?
Insanity is a great workout! That being said your caloric intake may be to low when you’re working out that hard. You’re body needs the appropriate nutrients to actually burn fat. Additionally while it might be possible to loose the 30lbs in 2months the healthiest way to loose weights a keep it off is to loose an average of 1-2lbs per week.
