Hi :) I'm now losing weight since a few weeks and next week I'm going to travel to Rome by Coach. I'm afraid that I'll lose my progress. Do you have a tip what I should eat in the coach and while being in Rome?

It’s never easy to eat healthy when you are away from home or on vacation. I would go on your trip with plenty of healthy snacks in hand! Try bringing some fruits/veggies with you. Also, plenty of healthy snacks like nuts, dried fruit or protein bars. All of the above will fill you up and reduce cravings. Other than that, try to make healthy choices if you are out to dinner. Stick to high proteins and meals with less dairy, salt or fats. Hope this helps, enjoy your trip!

Hi! I'm a swimmer and I'm trying to lose 20 pounds. I swim between a mile and a mile and a half (70-105 laps) all freestyle in intervals, 4 or 5 times a week. Do you have any tips for switching it up or making it more challenging?

Hi! Swimming is an awesome way to stay fit, great cardio exercise! I always suggest having a well balanced workout plan. Try incorporating some light weight training or strength/agility group fitness classes. That will keep your body guessing & improve your results!

Hey! Listen I really need your help! I'm 15 years old, 5"6, 68 kg! I'd like to be around 60 kgs. I do 4 hours of volleyball per day, five days a week and during the weekend I go running. I drink at least 10 glasses of water per day and I try to eat healthy (lots of fruits and no junky snacks). But nothing does it and I'm tired of having this body!
